You already know the column “Documents & Dates” from the module “Customers”. You can create and store different documents here, with the advantage that you can tie the necessary documents directly to your project, and have an overview of all communication regarding the project. The only difference to the contact module is that you cannot add field service activities to the project. We shall therefore not go into greater detail here regarding the creation of a note, fax or a letter.
